I can't believe that people get upset because other people go out of town or have some things they have to do that obviously comes before video games and sit back and listen to this fool make remarks like this. Maybe this is why a lot of people in the leagues don't visit the board or feel the need to post..because of characters like dclark...You have no respect for others, which probably means u have no respect for yourself...

Re: Rivals 2011 Dynasty
I apologize. The lack of sportsmanship I just showed to our men and women in uniform is disgraceful. I was frustrated and took it out on the Midshipmen, but what I did is inexcusable. I apologize to all of you and to all of our men and women in uniform for the events of this evening.

Re: Rivals 2011 Dynasty
Penn State wins their 7th straight w/ a 53-14 win over Purdue
Penn St jumps out to a 20-0 lead and cruises w/ 2 book end pick 6s to open and close the game. Hopefully it turns out to be a great weekend overall. Penn St recently jumped into the Top 25 in recruiting ratings, but hopes to get into the Top 15 w/ some commits after the big win.
Statistically Penn St was flawless. Paul Jones threw for 390 yards, 3 TDs, and 0 INTs. HB Silas Redd had 125 yards and 2 TDs. Adam Utley continues to have a great season surpassing 1000 yards w/ 150 in this game. And Ken Smith's replacement, Alex Kenney had 165 yards and 3 TDs, including a 73 yard bomb.

Nice game Mountie. What happened to Smith? He get hurt?
If I can somehow win out (very unlikely), it looks as if Notre Dame and Penn State are on a collision course for the National Championship.

Re: Rivals 2011 Dynasty
Did OU finally jump him? I just was thinking back to previous weeks when PSU was ranked ahead of OU and Florida for some reason. If that's no longer the case, then it would look like Joker and I would finally get our matchup. Although getting past you, splff, and ho is not very likely.dclark44 wrote:Jhawk, how do you figure penn state jumps oklahoma?

Re: Rivals 2011 Dynasty
As a one-loss team, I've been looking ahead at what everyone else has left. All I can say is that it's going to be a crazy last 5 weeks of the season, and I wouldn't be shocked with whatever happen. Jhawk alone has 3 games that could impact the national championship. I have 2 and clark has a couple as well. It's going to be a interesting ride.

Re: Rivals 2011 Dynasty
I hope the recruits I had at the game don't decide they don't want to come to ND because their coach is a jackass lol. I wouldn't be surprised if EA implemented something like that next season to try and keep sportsmanship in line. I really should've subbed in my second string, I'm lucky no one got hurt.

Yeah...there goes my shot at a Heisman. He got hurt last game...something w/ his ribs. He's out 4 games...this being the first. So, I SHOULD get him back right before the bowl game...not sure if EA counts Championship week.jhawk886 wrote:Nice game Mountie. What happened to Smith? He get hurt?

Re: Rivals 2011 Dynasty
Yeah...there is no way to predict how EA ranks teams in this game. I'm just sitting back and w/out a messed up CPU game, waiting to see how things play out. Michigan St is still looming at the end of the season for me. I handled them fine last year, but they took out 3 users I think. You never know when you're going to run into a buzz saw CPU game where they do everything possible to win.urbanslegend05 wrote:As a one-loss team, I've been looking ahead at what everyone else has left.
