my team might not be as good as yours but i dont back down from a challenge bru bring itTheWeatherMan wrote:splff3000 wrote:TheWeatherMan wrote:So Spliff do I get the chance to knock you around again this season?
Yeahhhhhh Buddy! Looks like I am battling Texas for some top targets. I am sure this will become a theme.
I don't know. It's up to jhawk. I just finished up a home and home with OU and I've played them 4 times the 2.5 seasons I've been back in the OD so I don't know if we're destined to meet again. I did whip up on you the first time, but you seem to not know what you were doing lol. Either way, the new series is 1-1 so we'll see how that goes.
Tell you what....try to win a couple games this year and then maybe we can talk. I am onto bigger and better things. Georgia, I am coming brotha, I am comin' to burn the house DOWN.

That's just my thing. I don't know if there is a rule against it or anything. That's just how I feel about it.
that's cool, i thought it was a smart move to try maximize at the position. Didn't realize it would stir anything up.

Dude if you wanna redshirt a senior, redshirt him. I don't do it but the way I see it is it makes up for the lack of a medical redshirt

Re: Rivals 2011 Dynasty
Ok fellas imma try somethin different. Here's my user preseason powerpoll. feel free to comment or add your own. Let the controversy begin.
1. Florida
4 titles nuff said. UF is loaded with sick athletes and with Bama out of the way, the gators path to the title is just a tad easier. We'll see what yung has to say about that.
2. Texas
Main question is coaching talent is definitely there. Freeman returns and Texas reloads every year. Can they maintain Big XII supremacy with a new coach in Norman?
3. Notre Dame
Question marks at QB are the only thing keeping them from the #2 spot. With back to back title game appearances and a plethora of playmakers, ND will again be in the mix into the final weeks.
4. Florida State
Coach ho knows what to do with this squad and a lot of talent returns from a team that went 13-1 and moved up to 6* status. Not the best on paper but the Noles bring it on gameday.
5. USC
Offense finally looks to be catching up to the potent Trojan defense. Could be a big year for Jared.
6. Auburn
Coach Splff's Tigers have another year of experience under their leader and are unleashing freshman phenom Brett Morris. If he lives up to the hype this could be a big year for the Tigers.
7. Michigan
Nothing to write home about on paper, but we all know that coach Blaze will make some noise before the season is over. They are determined to get back that 6th star and keep control of the Big 10. Look for another big season from the Wolverines.
8. Oklahoma
Still a mystery as a newcomer, a big bowl win against Splff has put the entire league on notice. Might have even snuck a spot or two higher in the poll but there are huge concerns in the secondary.
9. Miami
Team is stacked on paper with a 99 ovr QB and HB plus a WR with 99 speed. Can coach Hova finally put the pieces together and make a run at a top 5 finish?
10. Cal
Osama has improved the talent level in Berkeley and after winning his first 2 user games last year he is a bona fide threat. Has the D improved enough to make Cal a top 10 team?
11. Georgia
Only ranked this low because we know nothing about him but any coach willing to take on the challenge must be worth his salt. The Dawgs will lean HEAVILY on redshirt SR QB Dustin Gant who is good enough to keep them in the game against just about anybody in the country. Could be the darkhorse team of the year.
12. Ohio State
Oh how the mighty have fallen. The Buckeyes have fallen to 3* after last year's disastrous campaign. Can they at least defeat Michigan to restore the honor in Columbus?

Nice poll.
And yeah. If you guys haven't looked at my secondary yet, uh, just don't bother, it might make you sick. It's gross. I am hoping my o-line and, offense in general, and good kicking can keep me in games.

Auburn is too high man. My 3 year plan ain't gonna work this time around lol. I still have some pretty big holes to fill. I'm sure we're gonna do some special thangs with the freshman phenom at QB, but the main thang I'm worried about with him is staying healthy. Since I've been playing with Auburn, in here and in workers, every season my QB gets hurt for x amount of games. I can't afford that shit this year. We'll fall to pieces lol. And I still can't find a RB that's interested in me. All them bitches have me at 8th or 9th on their list. No problem getting WR's though lol. I guess it's a continuing circle lol. I can't run because I can't get any RB's and no RB's wanna come here because I can't run lol. I guess we'll be winging that thang again this year.

I'm calling it now
Weatherman is losing to TTU. That's a team who is going to do nothing but attack the corners.
