Alright I think I'm done with my ranting for now.

And now that my team is totally fucked for next season, I bid you all adieu and I will see you when I awake from my catatonic slumber.

Jeremy Avery is currently 3rd in the country in rushing (somehow) and made Sportscenter's top plays last night with a 65 yard score.

I would link the damn vid, but can find no way to do so this year like last. Kinda silly. I figured once you uploaded a highlight, it save it to your EA profile like last year. Nope. Have to check Dynasty wire story for it I guess

Just saw my flight info and I hope we get another advance in tonight so I can play Urb Friday. Saturday and Sunday I definatly won't be able to play, and Monday will be iffy (if I take the PS3 with me). Tuesday will probably be the day most likely I coulld play Texas if everything goes right.

And as for the power company, well one day when I am governor of this great state of Kansas I will impose so many fucking regulations on coal power plants (they're the only one in the state) they will never make another fucking cent. They will rue the day they fucking allowed the power to go out on September 1st 2010.

Damn man, that truly does suck. I think what I was trying to say in my drunken rant is that you're not alone. A lot of us have already got bitten in recruiting by some glitch or another. In season 1 in Rivals, I lost 6 hrs of recruiting because I recruited for 6 hrs then had to go do something so I just turned my PS3 off. I assumed that I would have my 4 hrs left to do when I got back and I did. The only problem was that the first 6 was gone. I knew something was screwy because before I had left, 1 guy had committed and I had offered schollies to 3 or 4 people( I think we were in week 2 or something like that). Now, there were no schollies offered to those guys and the guy that committed was waiting to get talked to again. That would be fine and dandy but my 6 hrs was gone too. So I essentially had 4 hrs to use on my whole board. It fucking sucks!!

Also in the 1st season in Rivals, ehicks was recruiting online and on 2 or 3 people, it glitched and he didn't get to talk to whatever recruit he was going after, but it used up the minutes on those recruits. In fact, it helped me get a DT that we both were going after because it said that he didn't talk to him but he did try to talk to him. It just glitched. Shit, this year in Workers, gameface said he got 0 points in the call summary on some recruits. I'm pretty sure he lost those points, maybe he can confirm if he did or not.

Anyway, what I'm saying is your not alone. I'm sure there are more people that have been glitched or something that just didn't say anything. I'm sure there will be more. I have a good idea though. Hey guys, if you've been glitched in recruiting or in any way for that matter, post it here so we can all know what to look out for and so we want be surprised when it happens.

As for EA, I have been one of the ones that truly hate EA. I used to love EA. I was a big big big Madden fanboy. In every 2k vs Madden debate/discussion/argument I was pro Madden hardcore. Having said that, I still think that 2k5 on the xbox is the best football game ever as far as on the field stuff. I had a PS2 though and Madden was king for me on that.

I started kinda hating them when they bought out the NFL license. Even though I was a Madden fanboy, I didn't like that move at all because I respected what 2k did for Madden. It pushed the Madden team to be on their game. I really really started hating EA with the release of Madden 06 on the Xbox360. When I played Madden 01 on the PS2 the first time, I was blown away by every aspect of the game. It was definitely a next gen game. I didn't want to put it down lol. It was just the opposite for Madden 06 on the xbox360. There was no aspect of the game that blew me away and I put it down after a couple of halves of playing. It fucking sucked!!

My disdain for them grew a lil more with every Madden release and now with the release of Madden 11 my hatred is overflowing lol. I am so upset that I almost got banned from OS for telling Ian Cummings "Fuck You" in a PM. If you go check, you can't send him a PM anymore lol. I guess I wasn't the only one to do that lol. Anyway, I truly truly truly hate EA for what they did to my beloved Madden. Yeah, I hate all the glitches and stuff, but that is the biggest piece of my hate pie.

Anyway, I started ranting again. What was I talking about in the beginning of this? Oh yeah, jhawk, you're not alone. You're a jhawks fan though. I'm sure you've seen worse than this lol. Very Happy

Yeah it's kinda ass backwards. Essentially you have to save the file 2 times to get it to both places. What you do is save it how you normally would for the dynasty wire, but when you leave "view highlights" go to "manage highlights" and there you will have the option to save it to your PS3. Save it there and then when you go to the main menu you can upload them to the regular easports site. Yeah, it's not intuitive at all lol.

I would like this too so I can play Joker next week because I'm starting nights friday night. If we don't get it in before that, I think we may have to wait until Monday unless Joker has some free time on Saturday.

Wow, worst week ever for me. First the recruiting fiasco. Now I'm trailing Colorado by 3 because they can't do anything that doesn't work. And now my quarterback gets late hit throwing a pass that was dropped and would've been a touchdown and he has a torn shoulder and is out for the season...

Georgia, lead by Heisman front runner AJ Green, hammers Eastern Carolina 55-14. The Bulldogs got up to a 17-0 1st Quarter lead and never looked back. Joker pulled all the starters at half, the Bulldogs leading 45-7. Aaron Murray threw for 280 yards and 4 touchdowns, all of which went to AJ Green. Green was unstoppable, even bringing in a hail marry pass at the end of the first half. He caught 8 passes and totaled 166 yards. Washaun Ealey scored 2 touchdowns and picked up 81 yards on 12 carries, but did fumble for the second straight game. Caleb King looks to be in the lineup next week against Auburn to give Ealey some support.

Speaking of Auburn, after the game all the media could talk about was coach splff's comments made earlier in the day:

"And finally, double fuck Georgia!! I don't care how many recruits they get, or how many wins they get against sorry ass teams, or how many male prostitutes they fuck outside of the Piggly Wiggly in Athens, they can still lick my raccoon balls. My rabid raccoon balls to be exact. Coach Joker talks a lot of mess because he beat the B team, also known as Arkansas. Let's see what happens when he steps into the unfriendly confines of Jordan Hare."

Joker simply commented "can't say I've ever heard of Coach Splff. Probably because I don't pay attention to unranked teams or teams who lose to Kentucky."

When asked if this bulletin board material would serve as motivation for the Bulldogs next game, he said "If we needed Auburn's drunk redneck coach to motivate us we have our own problems. The boys are fired up and ready to play."

Clearly there is no love lost between these two teams.

Damn, this happens the week before you play me. That sucks. I wanted to play you at full strength.

Either way, I'm assuming that we advance tonight, and I'll probably be able to play you after the advance if you're down. Keep me posted on your schedule.

Yeah, I'm game to play whenever we advance. Yeah, it really sucks that I lost Pick, but if I lose I'm not gonna use that as an excuse. Shit happens, it does just suck that it had to happen right before I play you though.

Shouldn't you have Lee back? Unless he has a nagging injury and ends up doubtful. But yeah it should still hopefully be a good game. But if my QB gets rattled at all early, playing in "The Sea of Red", it may be a long game for me.

Nah, Lee should still be out. Even if he is, I'm probably gonna stick with Martinez. It's his team now. He's a true freshman, but he's handled the pressure well. We're playing for now, and building for the future at the same time.

Nice, well pass on the message to Zac that he's always welcome to transfer to Kansas next year since you're not appreciating his talents, lol.

Nevermind that, I forgot he's a senior. But your boy Cody Green is more than welcome to come on down to Lawrence Very Happy

    FSU 24 - UNC 20

UNC'S RUNNING ATTACK CONTROLLED MOST OF THE GAME FORCING FSU TO PLAY FROM BEHIND 3 AND A HALF QUARTERS. THE SEMINOLES TOOK A 24-20 LEAD WITH 2:21 IN THE 3RD QUARTER, AND SHUTDOWN UNC'S OFFENSE IN THE 4TH QUARTER. CHRISTIAN PONDER LED FSU'S OFFENSE WITH 392 PASSING YARDS AND A TOUCHDOWN. FSU LIMITED UNC'S OFFENSE PASSING GAME TO 128 YARDS. WITH ANOTHER VICTORY FSU IMPROVE THEIR RECORD TO 6-3 KEEPING THEIR ACC CHAMPIONSHIP HOPES ALIVE.
