Rivals 2011 Dynasty

Washington was tough but FS/OLB Jefferson was too much, he started his Heisman camping this week with 10 TD along with 8 sacks. What a game for him, hope he gets some media attention next week.

Ok giving your guy 10 rushing touchdowns, in a 77-3 game, where 3 came in the 4th quarter is a joke.

Throwing for 654 yards is another thing but that is ridiculous.

Yeah, at least I did it with my backups. We could start implementing the blowout rules like we did in last year's game if people aren't playing their backups. Either way, the sliders have got to get harder. Hopefully jhawk or someone can help me out on this.

Ridiculous...That's all I can say...Throws the ball 56 times for 652 yards to get down into the red zone where he gives it to his SS who had 14 rushes for 32 yards and 10 TDs. And yes, he had 8 sacks on the defensive side of the ball too...Had 10 penalties for 50 yards in the game...Did you start outside with Jefferson every time and give him a running start to get your sacks and get caught offsides 10 times?

I'm sorry, I don't know how the rest of the league feels, but to me that is just about as unsim as you can get.

So we should make a new rule. If you are winning by 21 or more points you have to get to 100 points for. That will make it more realistic and fun I think. Firetrucking clowns

Can't blame the guy though for putting up cheesy stats when the commish is putting up 100 points. Setting a good example.

My outside came from me trying to block punts, FG and I got 2 roughing to kicker or punter I think.

Lol, I don't even really try to block kicks, seems just about impossible.

I block punts and FG's before that's why i always try to block them. It's one of the toughest thing to do in the game, so that's why I try as many time when I got the chance.

When I get in the red-zone I used Jefferson the same way Florida use Burton this year and Tebow his freshman year. Jefferson got his own red-zone package, is that against the rules?

Running for 3 touchdowns in the 4th when you have a 56-3 lead is a joke bud. And we vote for the heisman here, I will never vote for him because of that.

Wowwww, are you serious? What you mean by "we vote for Heisman here"

As in we make a list of 5-6 players, post there stats and stats in user games, and each "coach" gets to vote on the player they think should win.

So when I see you run for 10 touchdowns in a 70-3 game, you lose my vote.

What will it takes for Jefferson to get your vote for the Heisman? What will it takes for Jefferson to win the Heisman? He also had 2 force fumbles in that game too.

I'm confsued because, a 56-3 lead in the 4th quarter is a fairly big lead. You could play with an all world team and not even come close to putting up 53 points in one quarter. But, getting 3 more tds to secure the lead is a good idea

When Jefferson seen the 125-27 scored put up by Florida he wanted to make a statement too. But Jefferson is the best player on the most dominant defense so far this season.They give up 24 points in 3 games, two were against rank team.

Ya, but if the commishoner or his friend (ho) break the rules its fine.

I say you put all the CPU AI on 100 and all the User AI on 20 except for punting and kicking. It will make it harder, tougher and better competition when you play the CPU.

Alright, I've got some adjustments that I think will make the CPU more competitive. I've used my sliders that I developed for my OD as a reference and tried to bring the Rivals sliders closer to those. They are still quite a bit easier than mine, and we may need to make it even more difficult, but I don't want to go too far, too fast and make it harder than people want in here.

We can go with the adjustments for next week and then see what everyone thinks. If it is still too easy, then I can go ahead and bring them a notch closer to where I have my sliders at.

Urban, do you want me to go ahead and input the adjustments, or do you want me to just post them so you can do it?

I have a couple things we can change. Make the quarters longer, say 15 minutes. Make the computer easier, and give the player 100 everything. I wanna see if the commish can put up 200 points. All of these are in an effort to make the games a bigger blowout. Thoughts?
