Re: Rivals 2011 Dynasty
Well after my loss I had a look @ the polls and finally the back door is juuuust cracked enough for me to sneak into the natty if we circle the wagons and run the table. (Nuff respect to blaze 4 pulling off that upset- now its wide open). I told my team that and they came out fired up against ISU. Concepcion was extra pissed about what I said about his legacy to the press. I think he's ready to go out in a blaze of glory. He said he would like nothing more than to get one last shot @ OU for all the marbles in the NC. That game against UF is gonna be a big one.
In recruiting news yet another big week for the longhorns as we sign 4 more studs and have only one scholly open, and we already have a soft commit for that open spot.

Did you really need 4 stud DTs? I really needed one of them lol. You already have 4 returning so you'll have 8 DTs next season. Come on, share the wealth man lol.stoptherun wrote:Well after my loss I had a look @ the polls and finally the back door is juuuust cracked enough for me to sneak into the natty if we circle the wagons and run the table. Re: Rivals 2011 Dynasty
Just giving a heads up fellas I will be traveling over the next week but I'm moving with my ps3 so I don't expect any delays, however I will be unable to play at all tomorrow and prolly next Friday when I'm on my way back. I'll be sure to keep everybody posted but I'd love to keep up the pace this has been on of our best seasons so far...

Any great team is built up the middle. I will now have my choice of the finest in the country. I'll stagger their redshirts and sub often to keep them fresh. Can't wait till they show up in Austin !

Re: Rivals 2011 Dynasty
Really what happened was that 4* kid insta committed early, and u don't turn your back on a 5* Stud that wants to come play for u. That would b bad business. That 4* kid will prolly be the biggest cheerleader on campus but sometimes there are surprises with the ratings so u never know... We'll see in spring practice.

Re: Rivals 2011 Dynasty
Congrats jhawk and that'd be cool stop, an all Big 12 Championship. Not sure if you'd get it in over a 1 loss SEC Championship winner though, maybe. I gotta worry about my own schedule though and that insane defense Rauloe has up there in Ohio State, gonna be tough enough for me to make it there again.

I'm not gonna get too far into hypotheticals seeing as though we still have the undefeated #1 ranked defending champs on the schedule, BUT if we were to run the table no doubt we would be the best one loss team in the country. We will see how it all shakes out. An exciting season no doubt!

Re: Rivals 2011 Dynasty
Florida bounces back with a 42-21 victory over LSU after leading 35-7 at halftime and it felt great. I was beginning to think that the cpu had figured me out, but this game proved otherwise as Tanner Bolen again paced the Gators' offense with 220 yards on the ground and five touchdowns. He averaged 7.8 per attempt with 28 carries.
The big news coming out of this game, however, was the play of Jeff Driskel, who now appears to be in firm control of the offense heading into a game against upstart Ohio State and coach Rauloe's pesky defense. Driskel was 16-of-20 in the contest for 201 yards.
"I will take a performance just like it against Ohio State," coach Urban Legend said. "We've never seen them on the field, so we're anxious going into the game, and hope that we bring in our A game. We're definitely going to need it."
Jimmy Stovall also had a big game for the defense with two interceptions, both of which were returned to the house (one was called back for clipping).
In the immortal words of Rauloe heading into our matchup......LEGGO

You're on a bye week, so if you could just knock the recruiting out from the cpu or whatever. Should be ready to advance again tonight depending on when Jhawk and hova play.

Yo, hova, when you wanna get our annual show on the road? I've been in a slump lately so you very well could take me this year.

Re: Rivals 2011 Dynasty
Well, nothing from hova and I'm going to go hoop it up for a couple of hours. I'll be back at about 9 PM central time and then will hop in the shower. If hova is around I can play anytime after 9:15 or there abouts.stoptherun wrote:jusblaze09 wrote:An advance tonight would be lovely since that means we wont have to wait on Stop.
