I think you can take pretty much anyone you want. The only teams I would recommend against are those who have non-user out of conference rivals. If you have OOC rivals, it may be tough to get them scheduled for you due to the 4-user game requirement. Man if we.get.a.madden dynasty going next year this could be a good rivalry im a San Diegan born and raised all about the Chargers.
As for Urban, I tried my best but came up short. Maybe Joker would.have given him a better shot.

Oh we definitely will get a madden OD up and going next year. Or at least I will, (hopefully it will be in conjunction with this but we'll see what happens) and everyone is invited. The AFC West should be fun. You with the Chargers, me with the Chiefs, and I know Splff is a huge Raiders fan and Madden is his game.
