Urbs, if we advance sometime tonight I think I can go, if we don't advance until real late or tomorrow though, then we'll have to do it either late tomorrow night or Wednesday.

Today is best for me since I don't work Mondays. Tomorrow it would have to be real late, but I'm good tonight to go pretty much anytime. Splff said we're going to advance at midnight at the latest, so if that's what time we advance, I'll be good to go then. If it's earlier, I'm good whenever too.

We are not advancing tomorrow at all. I get off at midnight and should be home 10-15 minutes after that to advance. You guys can schedule your game for that time if you want. There is no way I'm extending this week for this game since both users waited almost 2 days before they even talked about trying to schedule the game.

Just a reminder for everyone, we have a 3 day limit on advances.

    From the first post:

splff3000 wrote: OK fellas, here we go. I'll give up to 3 days to finish your game for the week during the season.

I will extend deadlines for people with scheduling problems, connection problems, or whatever but not because both users waited almost 2 days before even trying to schedule the game.

Urbs or jhawk, if they get it in before midnight, then go ahead and advance. If they don't then I'll do it myself when I get home at midnight.

Alright I should be good whenever. Midnight is kind of late for me cuz I have an early test tomorrow so hopefully we can advance before then, but I guess we'll see what happens.

As far as the game is concerned, I'm kind of pissed. My starting DE is out for the season now because he has a broken collarbone. A pass was tipped, it fell into his hands, and an O-lineman caught his ankles from behind and brought him down saving the touchdown. Somehow, his collarbone got broken on that play. It will probably be tough for me to contain Martinez now, but I guess that means I'll just have to try and make it a shoot out. Offense galore!

Looks like we got a big game next week with our NFL teams. I was really hoping the Bills would pull out the win so Sunday's game would be for first but they just couldn't stop tripping over themselves. I have no idea what Raiders team will show up, but I hope it's the team from the last few weeks and not the one from earlier in the season. This week we'll see if my boys are for real.

Loving the Raiders doing well. Every year my dad and I pick our surprise teams of the year, and mine has been the Raiders the last two seasons. I don't know why I have so much faith in them, but they just seemed like their defense was keeping them around the last few years. Now with their running game taking off and Campbell finally starting to show something, they might be a contender for real.

Yeah, it should be a hell of a game. Cassell single-handedly kept the Bills in that game with his shittiness. He cannot throw the long ball, waits too long to throw it to open receivers, has very poor pocket presence, cannot handle pressure well at all, wouldn't know what an audible is if it raped him in the ass, has horrible accuracy, and just generally makes extremely poor decisions. He is quite literally probably the worst starting quarterback in the NFL, and he's the fourth highest paid (Trailing only Brady, Eli, and Peyton).

If we had a Brady/Brees/Manning caliber quarterback, we could potential be super bowl contenders this season.

So essentially, if Cassel doesn't throw 3 picks, and we give the ball to Charles a ton, it should be a good game. On a very positive note though, this game should be 100 times more fun and meaningful to watch for both of us than it has been the past few years.

There is a reason we are last in the NFL in passing. And yes, our running game is great, so that's what we do most of the time. But a good running game is supposed to open up the passing game. That hasn't seemed to happen for the Chiefs, or at least we haven't taken advantage of it. The Bills were winless and had had 35 points scored on them for 5 weeks in a row. We mustered 13 and for all intents and purposes should've lost. Cassel played a horrible game, and if it was just one game it wouldn't be that big of a deal, but he just doesn't have it. And he never puts any of the blame or heat on himself. He just is not a good quarterback and definitely not a leader, both things you want in the 4th highest paid QB in the NFL.

lol I guess he is no Tyler Thigpen, Damon Huard or Brodie Croyle. I agree he's not the 4th best QB in the league like his contract would suggest, but you seem to forget the disaster of that trio in 07 and 08.

Well, I admit that that whole fiasco was a mess. However, at this point I think I would rather have Thigpen or Huard, and with a couple more years under his belt now maybe even Croyle would be better. A lot of folks around here are speculating that Haley wants to play Croyle, but that Cassel is Pioli's man and so that's who we go with. Thigpen and Huard at least showed a lot more heart and determination and were definitely much better leaders. But sorry, this is somewhat off-topic now lol. Back to the dynasty, did CT and playmaker ever get to hook up?

Sure, lets do this shit. Given that you're the defending winner, I'll let you do most of the game updates if anyone wants them lol.

WTF jhawk? What happened to the bouncing titties? I liked that one better than that bullshit. Wtf is it anyway? Aww nevermind, just put the titties back on. It was perfect. It was kinda safe for work(unlike the one of your ex-girlfriend lol) and it was visually "stimulating" at the same time. You should really consider bringing it back. lol
