Have you tried moving the coverage back or switch coverage to soft that way the defender will be in front of the WR. The reason why cover 2 probably wont work is its more of a defense that defends the flats. So if a guy can get past the DB and the OLB dont get into the passing lane(OLB usually dont defend all the way to the sidelines) its hitch city all day. If that dont work you might have to get your skills up and control the DB and shut that down. One thing i notice is on curl routes in NCAA 11 the defender seem to run and stop 3 yards behind the WR and unless he jumps the pass or hits the guy while he catches it, the WR will win 8/10 times.Jaredlib wrote:Yunj I am still playing with the routes and whatnot. Ok, so maybe we should forget about Heisman.
I just played a game on AA and the CPU scrambled 4 times in the first 3 qtrs alone. Keep in mind, I only saw 2 scrambles in 8 whole games on heisman.
its too bad because I like how heisman plays other than that, but we might need to look at AA sliders and just make em tougher.

Also as for the graphics, the demo was like that last year but when the final version came out they were closer to the same graphically. I wouldn't worry about that right now. What I am worried about is how i'm shredding this "improved" zone defense. I pretty much move the ball at will now.

Yea jared AA sliders with some tweaks seem to work better because basically when you have it on Heisman your players play dumb and on AA the cpu players play dumb so the way i see it why not just make the Cpu players smarter so you not getting cheated but still have good games. I mean i know people going to blow the cpu out so why not just make it more realistic rather than super cpu vs dumb user players lol

I disagree Splff. I've tried 4 verts and I had accidentally found a D that was unstoppable (I.E. 20 sacks with LB) and I can't get either of them to cheat like they were before. I was only playing on AA for every game too.

Well playing the demo on xbox 360 got me all excited and ps3 makes me remember the old Bill Walsh college football cuz the graphics are so close. I won't buy the PS3 version unless Splff is right about the retail version being better. But a guy on OS just posted that he was at E3 and the PS3 looked way worse than the XBOX version. I didn't pay $2000 for a TV to play old PS2 games on it.

Its because on heisman the cpu is so smart that it knows the route you running and knows right where its going so it can move players to stop it.
