Well, there's a whole bunch of things I look at, the basics like a recruits caliber, where I'm at on their list, how many points I'm back, you know the usual stuff. Then there's a second level to it where I look at what state they from, how many users on his board, what school he has #1, and stuff like that. Then there's a 3rd level where I use that other info to determine the likelihood that I'll get that player, how much I need the player, and how much work I think I'm gonna have to put in to get him. Then there's a 4th level where I develop tiers of recruits based all the above info. I have an 1st tier, 2nd tier, and 3rd tier. Then on the 5th level I add my top 10-20 players to my board. It's based on tier and needs. The 6th step is to rearrange my board based on interest caliber and need so that I have the people that I need high, but not higher than they need to be so that they aren't higher than someone that needs more time. My board is always setup where I spend the most time on the people highest on my board. Finally I go through and find everybody that got me first and sift through and add anybody that I would like to have but don't wanna spend much time on ie a 3* player or a 4* player who's stats aren't as good as another player at his position on my board. I add them with hopes of getting an instant commit, but I don't mind having them on my board. I just won't be actively recruiting them. I'll give them like 10min a week or so.
Anyway, there you have it. Just like I thought, i'm not gonna have enough time for all that tonight. I'm actually in my bed now on the laptop. I'll see if I can add some recruits via the ea software, but look for me to be done tomorrow when I get home.
