Order of operation...
1. Team drops player on XFN
2. Other teams have 24 hours to make claims
3. Teams may pick up the player only after 24 hours have passed on XFN if there are no teams making claims for the given player.
After posting in here, teams have 24 hours to make a claim. The claim will go to the lowest team in the current week's power rankings.
If a team signs a player on XFN before the 24 hour period is up (or given permission by a commish in the case a game is going to be played and it's 23 1/2 hours or some shit like that) there will be a 2 mil penalty given to that team
