In my OD when I invited new guys I changed the default coaching level to 20. I also put a cap on what you could use for recruiting at 10 and banned using game mgt, OC and DC.

Was able to get the W without Watford. Injury bug continues to hit UVA, lost star receiver Jennings for the season. Will definitely impact our hopes for the national title.

My other question is tTech (Oregon st) has been talking about switching conf. Rather than have you join the big 10 or the AcC maybe I should have you pick another conf so tech can move and then make one more new guy go with ya?
