Week 5

So I want to say good game to wreak....

First this game was shitty from the start with an awful lag from start to finish... The game started and a defensive battle due to the lag. Both teams who take pride in running the ball were force to pass and change up their style due to the lag...

Going into half score was 13-7 Duke. Due to 1 INT and 1Fumble on the 5 yardline by Northwestern

The 2nd half was the complete opposite with neither team getting one stop on D. We went back and fourth trading 3rd down conversions until Duke score a TD with just over 2min left in the game to take a 4 point lead. After Northwestern came down and scored to take a 3 point lead with under 1min left.. Duke then drive down to kick a FG knotting the game at 29 with 3 seconds left.


Here is when the game turn weird....

Duke decided to squib the kick, I caught the ball with one of my up man putting the ball around the 40 yard line with 1 second left. So like any other person I threw a Hailmary with made it to the 4 yardline, but instead of catching it it was intercepted..... BUT!!! The DB who intercepted the ball had so much momentum that he ran in the endzone and was tackled...... SAFTEY.....

Game over ... I win by 2....

This was one of the best user games I have played in a long long time. And I hate to get a W in such a shitty way. But I guess ill take it..

Sorry it had to end that way wreak I hope I play you again next season w/ no lag and we can really go at it and get a fair game....

I hear ya cookie. I was like, man, I strugs against CPU. But if your just not down to play em, I understand that.

I went through a roller coaster of emotions at the end of the game. I first thought you caught it so i was super pissed then i realized i intercepted it, so naturally i was pretty pumped to play the OT, then my cousin yells you lost! I looked up and you had a 2 point lead. My heart basically dropped haha. I feel like the green bay packers when they lost to the seahawks

I think people should be playing there entire games, not one side of the ball for a half. Keeps everything equal across the board.


Secondly, WOW Brax. Ha! Had I been on the other side of that I'd probably be offline for a solid 24hrs. Haha

Haha I know man.... I was ready for OT, I was already planning how to stop you on D. Then I seen my score change lol..... I'm not going to lie I yelled pretty loud. My wife thought I was insane haha....

Fun game, shitty ending... Everyone needs a little luck sometimes... That fuckin fumble in the 2nd almost caused me to throw my controller lol

There is really nothing I can do to stop guys from super simming. I'm sure cookie isn't the only one.

I'm planning on advancing tonight when I get home from work. Has anyone heard from Regggie or Virus? I think 3 days is plenty of time to get games scheduled and its certainly enough time to post something and let the league know what your plan is.

Well I'd rather have virus and Regggie than some new guy but they were both logged on earlier and I sent them a message asking wtf and they both just ignored it. Hopefully they'll get it done cuz I'm planning on advancing tonight regardless.

Looks like Virus and Regggie are playing now. I will advance when they are done.

On a good note my game vs Washington was pretty good. Of course I fuckin lost again but it was mostly me missing user tackles and throwing stupid picks. The game didn't fuck me like it did vs UNLV. I paid for playing shitty and that's the way it should be.

Just throw a Hailmary at the end of the game and hope for the best..... That's my new strategy lol

Week 6 game..,, I'm facing #15 Nebraska

My losing streak is about to begin next week

I booted Regggie for no communication. Ihubs buddy is joining after the advance. Virus is almost to halftime. When he is done I will advance.
