Picks for picks Trade?

I am Ravens and have many picks to offer this season and next. I am looking to trade up to get a higher 1st round pick, and also maybe interested in other 1st's or 2nd's of anyone trying to trade down or out of draft.... could trade picks i have this year or next as it would not cost against trade limit.
