Ain't nothing wrong with 5* as long as you know what you're doing and it seems like you're figuring that out. You might not get as many 5* players but you still have good shots at a few 5* and most of the 4*'s.

I have been really looking over the number 1 Athlete lately. He doesn't look good at all. just saying, if I lose him, not really a big deal I would say

Yeah, I saw that and decided to leave him alone. I figured my time could be of much better use on someone else.

Another big recruiting weekend. We need to close the deal on #6 ATH 4* Antonio Daniels (who looks like a QB) and #9 HB Demetrius Horne (which would be a big suck it to jhawk that we went into his backyard and took a top 5 player out of his state after last year).

Another average weekend for recruiting at Alabama. Snagged a few 4* recruits who could start a few years in their careers. Should be exciting to see, finally having a decent recruit class

    Such a "strong" name lol.

I picked up 2 HB's this week, Sean Anderson and Zach Sanders, and I needed them. One of them will redshirt and one will be an immediate backup next year. Most likely, Sanders will redshirt since Anderson is a juco(so). Like Last year, this class is shaping up nicely. Once the stragglers go ahead and hard commit and stop bullshitting, my class will look real nice. I'm serious about the stragglers lol. It's not a matter of will they commit or not, it's a matter of when. With one guy, I have a 1040pt lead over the next school and this mfer will not commit. C'mon MFers!!!

This game is retarded sometimes. I have this guy that soft committed to me but I hadn't offered him a scholly yet. Well when I saw he soft committed, I offered him a scholly, but the mfer didn't hard commit. That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. If a recruit is willing to soft commit to a school without an offer, he should hard commit as soon as he receives the offer. WTF

Hey stop and Jhawk, have either of you had a x2 yet? At one time it seemed like neither of us had one. I still haven't had one and I'm just curious if you guys have. This is pretty ridiculous. I guess I'll get all mine back to back or something. Shit, I don't need them now lol. Well, I could use it for one or 2 guys that I have a small lead on, but most of my guys have a nice lead. If I got it, it'd probably land on the guy that I have a 1040pt lead with anyway. lol

Shut up. Somebody else has a good class and you throw a royal bitch fit and complain incessantly about how it's unfair and you're getting screwed by the CPU non-stop. Then you have a good class and it's "Another average weekend for recruiting at Alabama". I don't think so.

I am getting so totally fucked in recruiting this season that the 4 recruits I already have committed are more than likely the only ones I'm going to get this year. But it doesn't matter because Notre Dame gets name recognition and favored for recruits over schools like Alabama right?

And by the way, show some fucking class for once. You keep going on and on about how great you are and how everyone is scared of your wrath. How many championships do you have? And when did this arrogant babbling start? Basically (at least this season) after your win against me. Whenever you get a big win you get a big head and think you're the greatest ever and start challenging everyone and just rambling about how good you are until someone inevitably shuts you up (as always happens, evidenced by the championship question asked earlier). All I'm saying is, have some class; whether you win or lose. You barely beat me with a better all-around team, on your home-turf, the 4th toughest place to play, with running basically the same 3 or 4 running plays over and over again.

So in summary, stop bitching about shit when it doesn't go your way if you're going to act this way when the tables are turned. And secondly, show some class and stop tooting your own horn so often. There are plenty of good players in here and none of us feel the need to do that. Let your play do the talking. If you want to be the Rex Ryan of the OD I guess that's fine. But everyone else other than Jets players and fans hate him, and for good reason. And you're worse than Rex Ryan. You're jabbering puts him to shame. The one good thing he has though that really distinguishes himself from you, is that after a loss, he shows some class and owns up to his loss. He doesn't blame his failings on the CPU or referees or anything else. Sometimes luck plays a factor of course, but when shit goes someone else's way and doesn't go yours, that doesn't mean you need to incessantly bitch about needing rule changes to "make it more fair".

I like you man. And I like you being in this OD. You definitely make it a lot more interesting. You are probably one of the big reasons Rivals has survived this long. But seriously, it gets to a point when all the shit talking and complaining just gets really old. Just go out there and play; it's just a game after all. I'm having an atrocious recruiting year this year. I've had insanely horrible luck and I just have to hope and look forward to next year on that front. You started out in the most favorable position of anyone in the OD. You had the best team by A LONG ways and are in the most fertile recruiting ground in the nation with a 6* program. But even given all of that, you found shit to complain about. Once shit starts to even out a bit and teams are able to start competing with you, then it really hits the fan because other teams are going to have teams close to the caliber of what you started out with.

When you win, win with class. Win you lose, lose with class. Just play the game and have fun, that's what we're all here for. Talk shit all you want, but just keep it civilized and in good nature. There comes a point where it changes from being funny to just being really annoying. And at least with me, you've reached that point. I'm not saying to change who you are or how you act, but just limit it man. It used to be that you occasionally talked shit and said shit and made off color jokes and all that shit and it was generally pretty funny. But when you do it ALL the time, like you have been lately, it gets really old really quick. Just limit it and has a lot more of an effect.

Sorry if I came off harsh man, I've just had a really bad past couple of days (car wreck, lost 2 grand, and g/f breakup) and the recruiting this year and your shit just set me off. Like I said, I really like you and I think you're a great guy to have in the OD, but just lighten up a bit man. It used to be a lot more fun when it was sporadic and targeted rather than just consistent and random. Good luck the rest of the season.

After missing out on the #1 and #2 receivers in the nation we found a nice consolation prize in WR Michael Smith. With his plain name he was overlooked by many recruiting services and was only ranked #18 overall at his position because he was weighing entering the NBA draft. We sent Cecil Newton to his house and now he's a Longhorn. At 6'5" and 210 pounds we had him ranked as the #3 receiver in the country. With nice speed and good hands he will certainly be a factor in the Texas passing attack. He will redshirt next year and then see some action as a freshman.

In the last couple weeks we have added the #1 SS, #1MLB, #1OLB, and the #2 ATH to bolster the defensive side. This is in addition to a class that already signed the #1 QB, #1TE, and the #1T on offense. We have successfully reloaded once again and will remain stacked for the next 4-5 seasons.

Yeah, your class is rivaling that one that I pulled in a couple of years ago as far as No. 1 players at their positions. I don't remember how many Hawk had last year, but I'm sure it was up there like that as well.

I just got my first one the week before and I was sneaking up on a center from Oklahoma. I just couldn't get him to hold out until he visited and I got to throw the scholly and visit on him in one week. Oh well, win some, lose some. BTW, if you guys don't see ready by my game and I've already played, it means I've already recruited. Down to my final few guys before the offseason comes.
