They come in young, immature, inexperienced and still in their high school party phase. Most recruits need to be redshirted so they can mature and learn what college football at our level is all about.stoptherun wrote:dclark44 wrote:He might have a point. Yall know I'm the Jon gruden/Steve spurrier of this dynasty. I love collecting QBs and I will play 2-3 in one game.
Now lucky for u there are scholly limits or I would snatch his ass right on up. I have already done a great service to the league by keeping the top option qb out of the hands of jhawk and urban so a simple thank u would be nice.
Shoot I need a corner too! And I play guys as true freshmen that's why recruits wanna come play for me. I put the best talent on the field and i don't redshirt every guy that walks on campus.

Fresno, CA
Ohio State travled on the road for the 2nd week str8 to face the Bulldogs of Fresno State. The Buckeyes came out aggressive taking a 16 - 0 lead in the 2nd qtr. The Buckeyes got the ball first and Goss hit TE Davis on a 3rd and 11... to set up the Buckeyes with a 1st and goal on the 7 yard line. Goss then optioned out to the Freshman Donta Cox for the go ahead score. Re: Rivals 2011 Dynasty
Looking at some of the recruits that have committed so far:
How are you 5'8" and only run a 4.5?
Kelvin Monroe is gonna wreck shit
6'3", runs a 4.3...yep I know not to throw to Aaron Morton
Just add 3 in. and .2 to the 40 on the first question?
Thank god Crooks is staying in Texas (Note: STAY THE FUCK OUTTA TEXAS)
Reggie Byrd is gonna injure some Florida WRs
Brian Williams will end up at safety
HOLY SHIT OREGON GOT SOMEONE OUT OF TEXAS (even if it's only a C)
This is what happens when you're bored

Could you say 2 home losses this season?

I'm gonna recruit now, but I have to leave for work by 4, so someone else will have to advance.

Re: Rivals 2011 Dynasty
OSU lost by 3 in BAMA last year.. Tuff place to play down there i tell ya.. @ Texas, @ Florida, and @ Penn State this year. This is gona be a tuff season for me. Im just hoping i can cut down on the INTs this year. Not looking to good for Goss in the first couple of games, but im hoping to progress with my receivers. Damn sure hopin to get it 2 gether on these 2 idle weeks upcoming and get it rite before heading to Gainesville. Yo urbs, ima be sober for that game againt UF. I wasn't sober when i played Stop and threw 4 ints, so i gotta adjust on the fly for the rest of the season....

Well, I probably won't be. Gotta have at least a GB rip before any big game to get my mind right. I look forwart to our game though. It should be a classic.

Re: Rivals 2011 Dynasty
For anyone wanting to know how the Duke game went, this is how it was:
I threw a pick on the first play, and it looked all bad from there. Duke (think about it, DUKE!!!!) jumped out to a 21-0 lead and I thoughts it was over. Thankfully, Parker hit Young first (or second, idr) play after Duke's 3rd TD to make it 21-7. Defense stepped up, but the offense struggled, and we had to fight all the way til the end when Parker found Gaston to tie the game. In OT, we hit the FG (thought about going for it), and on their first play, the RB fumbled on the screen and we recovered for the win.
How in the hell I came out of that with the dub, idk, but I'll take it. The running game needs to come around (but it would help if we didn't tkae the running game out of the equation early).

My God, it must be the week of the insane CPU, I'm in a battle early with Boston College, trailing 7-0. I always have fits against One Back CPU offenses for some reason.
