Re: Workers 2011 Discussion Thread
With respect to everyone, I'm just going to fall out. I really can't just go through the motions (since it seems like everyone is going to jhawk's OD), and I don't want to hold everyone else up who wants to finish. I'm gonna get Black Ops around Christmas/Refund Check time so i'll catch up with yall then.

Since this appears to be on its way out, for any of you members of workers that aren't in rivals, I have one spot open right now, so if you would like that spot, let me know.

Just an update on my season status. I will quit if, 1. I lose one more game. 2. I lose National Championship chances. 3. I give up 300 rushing yards

Re: Workers 2011 Discussion Thread
Looks like my time here in Arkansas has expired. The Razorbacks getting destroyed by an unranked Tennessee team. Players were dropping the ball, their defense was making stupid plays. A total of 17 pass deflections on defense was recorded. That itself is outrageous. Its been fun guys, see ya around

Blaze, I noticed that you still show up here every once in a while. We have a spot open in my new OD, the Big 12 south and the ACC Coastal. It's a lot tougher, but I thought I'd offer if you want to pick up a team. We could renew our Kansas/A&M rivalry lol.

It seems that CT is committed to his Seminoles, so unless Ho quits or is willing to change teams, I doubt CT will join.urbanslegend05 wrote:Blaze/CT, if you guys are looking to keep playing, I can get you both into Rivals.

Re: Workers 2011 Discussion Thread
Blaze, not looking to add anyone til the start of the offseason, unless you wanted to take over Miami or Virginia Tech. Don't want to mess anyones schedule up. If not, we're in week 11, so we should be in the offseason within the next couple of weeks. If you're taking over someone that doesn't have a user on their schedule, I can add you before then as well so you can try to do a little recruiting if need be. Just let me know what you're thinking.

Aight sounds good blaze, invite sent. This is our forums you'll need to sign up on, http://ncaa2011forums.forumotion.com/forum.htm
Also, you might want to play a couple of practice games before you play for real to get used to the sliders, they're A LOT tougher. I just got destroyed 45-28 by Fresno State. You'll want to look over the league rules too, there are some differences from here, mainly on recruiting restrictions.

Another board....lol, I didn't think you wanted to make them leave OS. Why didn't you just say you didn't want them on this one?

Re: Workers 2011 Discussion Thread
It wasn't that at first. But essentially it came down to I didn't want our new members to feel awkward going to an already established board, there is already an established culture here which is somewhat negative at times, I wasn't totally sure on the future of these ODs given the closing of Workers and the somewhat uncertain status of Rivals, and lastly but not least, I wanted to be able to give everyone their own team page, allowing a little bit more creativity and making things much more streamlined and organized.urbanslegend05 wrote:Another board....lol, I didn't think you wanted to make them leave OS. I am sorry for the way it appears that I just had no intention of coming here at all, but that's not the case. I posed the question to a few people from here and in the new OD and they thought new boards would be better. I really do appreciate the offer from both you and splff. It was very generous and both of you guys have been totally awesome in allowing me to be a part of your dynasties. I only hope I can run as fun and enjoyable a dynasty as you do.
