Splff needs to hurry up and win his game. I had a shit ton of recruits visit both in here and in Workers and I won both games. I'm really anxious to see if anyone committed cuz I need some serious recruits to improve my teams.

Ditto. I had about 8-10 guys in this week in rivals, and I hope to nab about 2-3 commits.

Trashcan needs good AI to win games. Still cant believe no one here was able to beat him, ballers over here

I wasn't able to play him either. And his user schedule was a little on the light side last season. He would have had a much tougher time this year.

I'm in the same boat. Can't wait to advance. Had just about everybody on my board in town in week 5 in both dynasties. Two big rivalry games so i invited them all to get a little boost. Can't wait to see if i got any soft commits...

Soft commits? You don't want any hard commits? lol That's what I'd rather have. Smile

Hey you guys are gonna see some crazy scores from Cal this year. After that game, it's quite obvious that my transformation of Cal to the "Auburn of the West" is gonna be a lot harder than I originally planned lol. Apparently my 4* freshman kicker can't make a 40yd fg lol. And apparently my O-line still can't block worth a fuck. I guess changing the playbook doesn't change the personnel. Oh well, that's what recruiting's for and I need to do a lot of it lol.

    Welcome to Week 6!

    Game of the Week
    Red River Rivalry
    Oklahoma vs Texas

The story is simple in this one. The winner keeps a shot at the national championship alive, while the loser has the slimmest of hopes at even winning a conference championship.
It's been a rivalry dominated by coach Joker since arriving, but there's new blood with the Longhorns.
Landy Jones will try to lead a high-flying Sooner attack. He's thrown for 1336 yards this season, averaging 334 yards per game.
Texas, on the other hand, may have a bit of a quarterback contreversy coming in. Connor Wood was the starter to begin the season, but he hasn't performed to the level of expectation that coach stoptherun would like to see. In comes freshman sensation Steve Concepcion. He's completed 14-of-25 passes for 333 yards, three touchdowns and a single interception this season.
Concepcion is also dangerous on the ground. He's one of three Longhorns with over 140 yards early into this football season. He also leads the team with four rushing touchdowns.
Oklahoma doesn't mix up the backfield, but they do have a good one in Brennan Clay, who has rushed for 418 yards and five touchdowns.
Still, the Sooners like to pass the ball, and they have a boat load of targets to choose from. Six players have over 150 yards from scrimmage, while five have 215 or more. Kenny Stills leads all receivers with 431 yards on 14 receptions.

The rich get richer. This has been a great recruiting class for me. Just nabbed some great ones.

    Patrick Baker/Nation's No. 1 athlete
Jared Bailey/Nation's No. 1 wide receiver
Robbie Smith/Nation's No. 1 defensive tackle
James Brown/Nation's No. 3 free safety/son of the godfather of soul

Also moved from second to first and got a soft commit from the nation's No. 1 quarterback Derrick Quinn.

Guess I gotta add Joe Spencer/Nation's No. 3 center to that list. I think I may have the top recruiting class there and it's about time.

And then I sign Colton Tucker, a three-star middle outside linebacker which I think could be much more valuable at defensive end based on his speed. His acceleration will help greatly. It's been a great recruiting week. Guess you just gotta learn to sell your program like me Hicks.

I agree this game does seem gay sometimes. It seems like there is no rhyme or reason why recruits go where they go. In Workers, I'm 5-0 and had recruits in to visit as we played Florida and blew them out. I get A's and A+'s for the visit, but the recruits soft commit to other places. Hell, I even dropped on some recruits list after the visit. WTF? I guess a 31pt victory isn't convincing enough for kids these days.

My qb with 87 accuracy still seems to overthrow 3-4 balls a game with no pressure which sucks because i only seem to get 6-7 passes a game without pressure lol

Yeah, he said he wants to get down. He's gonna tell me the team he wants in a minute. I gotta give everyone a heads up that he hasn't been in an OD before, but he is a straight player, meaning he's good and he is sim. I wouldn't be endorsing him if he wasn't. Anyway, I guess he'll be up here shortly.

not till i played Breon lol. My offense was clickin until the OSU game. I think Wood is scarred for life after all those picks. He came out in the Baylor game and was 3-22 passing lmao!

I had no choice but to pull him. Baylor had like 20 tipped passes in that game though it was nuts!
