I only ask because this is being discussed on OS, people are posting vids and everything, apparently its a Heisman glitch, on AA the defenders will react to the ball more

Re: Workers 2012
Is it the deal where the guy is covered, stops, turns around, and jumps while the DB stands there? I have seen that in my offline games...

Good game man. I obviously need a little practice stopping the lob pass. I haven't seen it that effective since NCAA 2005.

Yeah, when you give up tds of 81 an 74 yards on back to back plays, you can expect a high scoring quarter. You can bet that won't happen again. Shoulda played a couple more games before jumping into the dynasty, but you can bet I'm only gonna get better so you guys better get it while the getting is good.

Re: Workers 2012
The Bruins made the 3000 mile trek to square off against the Bulls of South Florida and came away with a win on some late game heroics by a few key players.
The game started off a defensive battle and ended pretty much the opposite. Both teams tried to establish a run game early with not much success trading multiple 3 and outs. After a mistake by the Bulls QB the Bruins were able to put up the first 3 of the game but Bulls quickly answered with a 59 yard TD pass to a WR who the Bruins D clearly didn't notice because holy shit he was open. The Bruins then put together a drive led by star HB Jonathan Franklin and capped off with a TD pass to Rasario. The Bulls were able to get one more score on a circus tipped ball catch (replay available) that led to Daniels TD run with 9 seconds in the half. Score at the half USF 14 UCLA 10
The 3rd quarter was another back and forth battle with no points scored and then things got crazy in the 4th. UCLA finally decided to open it up a bit and went deep to Marvay for an 81 yard TD. Then on the next drive USF scored on a 43 yard option were the ball seemed to shoot from the QB's ass (replay available) leaving the HB untouched to the end zone. The very next play from scrimmage the Bruins went deep again. This time to Rasario for a 74 yard TD(replay available). USF answered again taking the lead 28-24. The Bruins went 3 and out and were forced to punt with 2:20 on the clock and 2 time outs. After 2 runs the Bulls were forced to pass and with no one open deep Daniels checked down to his TE and threw a user pick into the hands of the Bruins MLB at around the 50 yard line(replay available). Then the QB of the Bruins stepped up and led a beautiful 7 play hurry up drive and took the lead on a beautifully placed throw to his star WR Nelson Rasario for his 3rd TD of the game with only 47 seconds on the clock(replay available). USF tried a hurry up of their own but QB Daniels threw what would have been a pick 6 but the classy Bruins ran out of bounds and knelt on it to end the game. Final sore UCLA 31 USF 28

Re: Workers 2012
Yikes, Northwestern wins a barn-burner in Missouri, pulling off a 42-35 upset win over the #23 ranked Tigers. Lots and lots of offense, not much defense to say the least. It was a battle of the QB's and star WR's. For Northwestern, Dan Persa went 22-25 for 326 yards and 3 scores. His main target was senior star Jeremy Ebert, who caught 5 passes for 167 yards and 2 touchdowns.
On the other side, sophomore QB James Franklin burned Northwestern through the air and on the ground. He threw for 401 yards and 5 touchdowns, also picking up 69 yards on 10 rushing attempts. He hit junior star receiver TJ Moe 5 times for 134 yards and 2 touchdowns. Northwestern was helped on the ground by Miek Trumpy who had 73 yards and 2 scores, and also fullback Christian Flores, who picked up 47 yards on 5 attempts and also had a 6 yard touchdown catch.
Good way to start the season but the defense definitely needs some serious work.

Yah and one pass was an interception, I threw a hail mary at the end of half and it was picked. I also threw one away when no one was open and I was about to get sacked, lol.
Missouri's pass defense is pretty bad, it's probably more that than anything.

Re: Workers 2012
ASU holds on to open the season with a win!
Tempe, AZ-- The #25 ranked Sun Devils recovered 2 onside kicks inside the last 2 minutes to preserve the win over the Cincinnati Bearcats 24-21.
ASU went to the lockeroom down 7-0 courtesy of a 35 yard TD strike from Zach Collaros to the TE Adrien Robinson on 3rd and 8 (replay available).
The Sun Devils had a hard time generating offense with Brock Osweiler struggling under center, so in the second half coach Stop turned to the ground game and Sophomore Deantre Lewis answered the call going for 108 yards on 21 carries.
Big back Cameron Marshall added 2 short yardage TDs and after 17 unanswered points, ASU found themselves up 10 with just over 3 minutes left to play.
Coach Ho has a way with comebacks however, and Collaros led a 9 play TD drive capped off by a HB Isaiah Pead taking it in from 4 yards out.
Looking to run the clock out, ASU turned to ground game and Lewis again responded going 24 yards to the house to seemingly ice it.
Up 10 with 1:39 left the Sun Devils started the celebration a bit too early as DJ Woods took the ensuing kickoff back for a TD to cut the lead back to 3 (replay available).
After recovering the onside kick ASU was finally able to run the clock out and escape with the 3 point victory 24-21.
Little sidenote: I didnt do any scouting for this game so I didn't know who any of Cincy's players were. I was disappointed after the game to learn their qb's name was CollarOs and not CollarDs. The O looked like a D to me and I thought Collards was the coolest qb name ever. Oh well...

Re: Workers 2012
We have shitty teams splff. I went like 10-24 or something in my game against FAU. Granted I made some bad decisions but still, I don't think we need to worry too much about tuning down QB acc.splff3000 wrote:Jaredlib wrote:22-25? holy shit thats hard to do lol. I havent come close to that
